Unfortunately all food contains calories; that’s a fact! But there are some foods that require the body to work harder in order to absorb the calories they contain. Because these foods cause your body to burn energy in order to break down the food into digestible pieces, they have been named “negative calorie” foods. But don’t let their name fool you. These items do contain calories.
