From what it looks like I would say not hot and I think it is too sexy for the office. One could be sexy and still look classy. This is definitely NOT an office look.
Absolutely inappropriate for any office. The highest part of a skirt’s hem should be no more than 3 inches above the knee for any respectable office. No one will take you seriously otherwise. Overtly sexy at the office will make you look like an amateur.
