Pam Loar of LA Models along with Ash Gupta of 838MG, and designer Maggie Barry have collaborated for a live mega-shoot pushing the boundaries of fashion and broadening its scope. This shoot, took place at Voyeur in Hollywood on Tuesday, December 6th, 2011, will truly make waves for the future of fashion in Los Angeles.
While Europe has begun embracing plus size models, now the City of Los Angels joins them. LA Models is launching a specialized plus division: LAM2 Plus+. To celebrate this exciting new division, “Theatre de la Beaute Cassique” will use twelve of LA Models beautiful and curvy models (including celebrities Toccara Jones, Maggie Brown and Anna Kleinsorge) to bring a new image to fashion. The idea, influenced by the grandiose style of Bertolt Brecht’s Three Penny Opera and reminiscent of the dance forms of burlesque and cabaret, will exemplify the classical notions of beauty and art.
We are thankful for a talented design team including: Hairstyling by Haywood Wilkerson from Trust Salon, Makeup by Exclusive Artists Management and Dale Johnson, Styling by Alexis Lerma, and Production Design by Matt Trotter.

Madeline hails from a close-knit NYC family and started her plus size modeling career with a spread in BBW magazine. In early 2003 Figueroa was selected to appear as the spokes model for the "Hips, Heels & Curves" Fashion Show, continuing on to casting director for the Dangerous Curves 2003/2004 Tour.
